After a family reunion, we're here to eat. We parked at the Zollernblick and then walked to the mountain hut. The exercise was good for everyone and so we arrived at the mountain hut in a good mood. The view was great, the hut pleasant, the staff very accommodating. We decided to have a snack and haven't regretted it. If you are in the area and are thinking about making a detour here, I can only recommend this! We liked it, the boys played on the edge of the forest and built a "hut" - so everyone was happy.

After our hike, we spontaneously decided to come back in the evening. It was totally empty, most of the people probably only use the hut for a stop during a hike. The food was tasty and sufficient, only the citizen was a bit small, even if the salad is large. In return, an oven slipper fit as dessert ?

Chili con carne did not include speck as promised. Service was quite inattentive. The food was okay, but not something that would make me come back here. House beer was excellent and so was ice tea.

After a short walk up, a wonderful view and the beautiful mountain hut await you. Here you are served promptly and very friendly. The Fritz burger, the tarte flambée and the kirsch parfait are highly recommended. With a fresh Alpirschbacher Pils, simply delicious.

Very nice and modern mountain hut. If you park at the hotel car park, it is still a five-minute steep walk to the hut. The staff is friendly, the dishes are tasty and sometimes unusual and the ambience is nice. There is also a good selection for vegetarians. Price absolutely within the scope. I would go there again.

A cabin in the woods. Serving good food and drink. A lovely view of the country side below, and set in a forested area. A bit of a walk up to the cabin, so a good pair of walking boots maybe advised.

It's a bit hard to reach up there but it's worth!!! Wonderful view! Very nice place! I definitely recommend it!

More than 1.5 hours waiting for our burgers, which i have to say tasted good, if it wasnt for the dripping wet salad sogging the bread. Staff made no apologies after asking many times where our food was. Slow service. And cannot pay with credit card and even a normal Dutch debit card was declined. The view is beautiful. But eat somewhere else.
